Our products are based on the Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) crystal, the mainstay technology for imaging in the SWIR range. For more than 12 years, SUI has been a pioneer and recognized industry leader in InGaAs technology.
Products include 2D cameras, linescan cameras, and linear arrays. Applications include covert surveillance, missile tracking, industrial process monitoring, laser beam profiling, scientific instrumentation and telecommunications.
We offer a complete line of products for image sensing in the shortwave infrared (SWIR) range of the spectrum, enabling users to "see" objects outside the visible spectrum. The standard product line operates only in the shortwave infrared (SWIR) wavelength range from 0.9 to 1.7 um,
We also have an extended wavelength product range, that includes visible and SWIR response in 2-D array, allowing the same array to image from 400 nm to 1700 nm. In linear arrays detection is possible from 0.9 um to 1.7 um as well as 1.4 um to 2.2 um. In linear arrays, 2.2-um cutoff detectors
went into production in 2001 and 2.5-um cutoff detectors are now also available.
